1. To BLUP a horse you have to train it fully in its top 3 skills. Fully means bolding all 3 skills as well.
2. The horse has to win 20 comps. These competitions can be won in any area.
3. The horse has to be over 10 years old.
The horse doesn't have to fully complete their training to be fully blupped, they just have to complete their training and bolding in their best 3 skills. 20 wins, best 3 skills bolded and 10 years makes up the blup.
